They are always available, they help you with all the questions you have and they explain the process to you.
The only time I call Elmco is when I need something, usually right away. They have taken care of my business immediately which gives me confidence in doing business with this company.

Well, so far I have not had to use any insurance claims over the many years I have had Elmco. So far so good.

I like having an actual agent to call when I have a question or concern and Elmco is very accommodating when I call. Also, they make a great effort to review my insurance prior to it renewing so we can discuss it and make sure it is the best fit for the next year. Customer service is missing from so many places these days. It is refreshing to have someone that cares.

I started with Elmco over 40 years ago when I was having hard time getting quotes for Directors Liability insurance for a small non-profit, which I was the Executive Director. It was even more challenging when we needed volunteer insurance for a 20 unit owner built project we just starting. Elmco now carries all my personal auto, home and rental property insurance.
